Nineteen sandbox presets for how many cars spawn, what condition they are in, and whether the keys are still in them. Left alone, it changes nothing.

Presets keep each area's own mix, so junkyards stay junk and dealerships stay shiny, and a per-car mix can roll wrecks, rough cars and well-kept cars on any preset.

Because it adjusts the game's vehicle zones rather than specific vehicles, cars added by other mods are picked up automatically.
