Sandbox control over where vehicles spawn and what condition they are in. Fill driveways, parking lots, junkyards and traffic jams, or leave them empty.

Settings cover spawn rate, base vehicle quality, damage rate, burnt wrecks, special vehicles, and the chance of finding keys.

Zones are handled individually: residential, commercial, emergency, junkyard, farm, airport, traffic jam and burnt. Because it adjusts zones rather than specific vehicles, mods that add vehicles to those zones are picked up automatically.
